Shower
Drains
The
complete drainage solution for wet floor showers
Level access wet floor showers
are becoming more popular in the UK for both
domestic and special needs. Builders and developers
are discovering that we do not have to step
in and on to high shower trays and that wet
floor shower areas are easy to install, look
good and are practical.
The shower drain is a unique way of fitting
the drainage for gravity waste on single shower
areas. All shower drain models are Dalmer
solos traps which, when connected to the shower
drain, measures a depth of only 128mm. A vertical
option measures 215mm.
Why use a Shower Drain?
It is a means of converting a conventional
top access shower trap into a wet floor vinyl
or tiled system and is a large saving on using
expensive floor drains or gullies.
Converts a shower
waste trap for wet floor shower use
The shower drain is ideal for easier installation
of drainage when using the Aqua-Dec preformed
shower floor system because it is a two part
operation, making pipe connections easier.
